On April 18, 2019, the American Chemistry Council (ACC) awarded the Covestro Responsible Care® Product Safety Award for the fourth consecutive year. The company is North America's leading producer of high-performance polymers and won the award at the recent ACC Annual Responsible Care® conference in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Covestro is one of four companies that have received the Responsible Care® Product Safety Award, which recognizes member organizations that excel in the continuous improvement of chemical product safety. The company is revered for its PUReWall ™ product, which addresses the challenges of traditional spray-coated polyurethane foam in the residential construction market.
Covestro is also one of 49 companies that have received the Responsible Care® Facility Safety Award, which is awarded to member companies in recognition of their achievements in employee health and safety performance.
