The powder catalyst particles are spherical, the oxygen content is ≤300ppm, the composition is uniform, the crystal grains are fine and isotropic, the synthetic diamond crystal has high integrity rate and good transparency; using the powder catalyst process, the synthesis yield increases by about 30%, and the synthesis current decreases by 20%, reducing the consumption of energized cemented carbide nails, and also saving about 30% of metal catalysts, thereby reducing the production cost of artificial diamonds.
The powder catalyst products currently available in the business department are mainly NiMnCo and FeNi alloy series with 5 qualities, and the production capacity is 500 ~ 1000 tons / year.
