ePTFE breathable membrane
PTFE has excellent chemical stability, corrosion resistance, airtightness, high lubrication and non-stickiness, etc., which benefits mankind a lot. The PTFE material can be expanded and stretched to form a microporous film. Hundreds of millions of micropores are distributed on a square centimeter of the membrane, and the size is only 1/20000 of the water droplet. The aperture is so small that neither liquid water nor dust can pass through, but air and water vapor can, thus achieving “waterproof” and “breathable”. This kind of membrane is called “ePTFE membrane” (expanded PTFE, expanded polytetrafluoroethylene).

JSFY`s newly developed high-pressure-resistant sound-permeable membrane can keep water-tight for 10 minutes in 30-50 meters of water. Only three companies in the world have mastered this technology, or become a standard for the entire consumer electronics industry.
The operating income of JSFY consumer electronics micro-acoustic membrane products is growing rapidly, with a compound annual growth rate of 67% during the period, and the proportion of main business income increased from 3.08% to 6.43%.
Consumer electronics micro-permeable products represented by “water pressure-resistant sound-permeable membranes” have risen strongly under the general trend of consumer electronics “waterproof” and “dustproof”.
Water pressure-resistant sound-permeable membrane, in addition to the waterproof and breathable properties of the ePTFE membrane, the “sound-permeable” performance is added: when the sound wave touches one side of the membrane, the membrane absorbs the sound wave energy and generates physical vibration, which drives the air on the other side to vibrate and produce the same Frequency sound waves to achieve a high level of sound transmission effect.
Using this membrane to seal the gaps and holes of electronic devices such as smart phones, watches, bracelets, etc., not only can achieve IP67, IP68 waterproof and dustproof ratings, but also can maintain the best signal-to-noise ratio and lowest distortion after the sound passes through the waterproof membrane degree.
In 2016, the waterproof and dustproof performance of iPhone7 was upgraded to IP67 level, and then Apple WacthSeries2 further reached IP68 level. Samsung, Fitbit, Huawei and others followed suit. JSFY’s water pressure resistant acoustic membrane technology leads the industry, so it is favored by the market and has successfully entered the supply chain system of well-known brands such as Google, Xiaomi, and BBK, and has become one of the few consumer electronics water pressure resistant acoustic membrane suppliers in the world.
Although the product has performed well at present, JSFY has not stopped its innovation, but quickly launched an “upgraded version”-“30-50 meters high water pressure-resistant acoustic membrane”. The “upgraded version” has a waterproof and dust-proof rating of IP68, and can stay watertight for 10 minutes in 30-50 meters of water.
This membrane is considered to be the standard configuration of high-end consumer electronics in the future, and currently only three companies in the world have mastered the technology, the other two are Gore and Nitto Denko.
At this stage, the upgraded version of the water-pressure-resistant sound-permeable membrane has successfully conquered Xiaomi and vivo, and JSFY has begun to supply small quantities. At the same time, it plans to raise 63 million yuan to build the “High Water Pressure Sound Permeable ePTFE Modified Membrane Project for Consumer Electronics”, which will be mass-produced by the end of 2020.

JSFY’s disruptive innovation product-CMD: Condensation Management Device
CMD (Condensation Management Device, condensation controller) can be used to solve the problem of car lamp fog: when the lamp is turned off, there is no air pressure difference between the inside and outside, the CMD valve is closed, and the supporting mist absorber absorbs water inside; when the lamp is turned on, the internal temperature When the car lights are turned off again, the internal temperature will decrease and the pressure difference will gradually balance, and the CMD valve will close. This cycle ensures that the interior of the lamp is dry.
In terms of function, this product has a certain substitution effect with car light venting bolts, and the target customers are basically the same, which means that there is no need to repeat the construction of sales channels, which greatly saves marketing costs;
In addition, CMD’s derivative product-“pressure relief valve” is entering the field of new energy batteries.
Compared with car lights, the frequency and amplitude of the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the new energy power battery pack are more frequent. If the sealing of the battery pack is damaged by the pressure difference, it will burn violently or even explode. The “pressure relief valve” can continuously balance the internal and external pressure difference of the battery pack to ensure the life safety of new energy vehicle drivers.
In 2019, JSFY sold CMD to Xingyu Automotive Lamps in batches, with a revenue of RMB 2.6597 million. It is preparing to accept orders from other well-known auto lamp manufacturers and expand overseas markets. At present, the pressure relief valve has received an order from CATL and will be used in Daimler Group’s new energy vehicles.
With such a broad market prospect, JSFY plans to raise 112 million yuan to build the “SiO2 aerogel and ePTFE membrane composite project” and quickly promote it to customers in the new energy field. The pressure relief valve is like the “branch channel” of CMD. The SiO2 aerogel glass fiber felt composite material is mainly used in the cell partition of the new energy power battery pack, which can withstand the instantaneous impact of high temperature energy caused by the short circuit of the battery pack, thereby providing a good Drivers and passengers are fighting for valuable time to escape, and the company is carrying out related cooperation matters with CATL.
