ExOne, a specialist in adhesive spray technology, introduced the X1 25PRO, a new 3D printer that combines the company's INNOVENT fine metal injection molding (MIM) technology with throughput capabilities. The development of the new machine is centered on MIM, powder metallurgy and manufacturing customers, making it ideal for mass production. ExOne first announced its X1 25PRO system in November. Although the company is currently accepting orders for the X1 25PRO system, it is expected to wait until the end of 2019 to ship.

"ExOne has a groundbreaking tradition of introducing materials and processes at the forefront using adhesive spray. We currently have machines installed in customer facilities in more than 20 countries around the world, and we are proud to implement X1 25PRO ™ Innovation. "
With X1 25PRO, customers will be able to produce high-quality parts using powder metallurgy standard powders, including 316L, 304L, and 17-4PH stainless steel; Inconel 718 and 625; M2 and H11 tool steel; cobalt chromium alloys; copper; tungsten cobalt cobalt carbide; and Other metal alloys.
ExOne customers who have already adopted the company's INNOVENT research and education platform can now expand to new medium-sized production platforms based on the same powders and technologies. ExOne emphasizes that its new system focuses on MIM, powder metallurgy and mechanical engineering applications. Lucas added: "Our X1 25PRO ™ uses the most advanced and patented MIM powder processing machine technology and believes that these newly produced machines will become the most flexible and highest performing adhesive sprayers on the market."
