ExxonMobil has launched a new polymer solution that can be used to produce a series of soft, breathable nonwovens with high bulkiness, excellent drape, and a series of different touches from cotton to silk. The solution also has excellent uniformity, is not easy to fluff, is comfortable and skin-friendly, and can be tailored to tailor-made nonwovens with balanced performance. It is widely used in high-quality sanitary products, including high-end baby diapers, pants-type diapers, feminine care products and adult incontinence products .

The blend formula of ExxonMobil™ PP3155E5, ExxonMobil™ PP3684HL and Vistamaxx™ 7050BF high-performance polymer can be easily processed using Reicofil two-component (BiCo) spunbond process. In response to customer needs, differentiated non-woven fabrics are produced with customized formulas, such as waist, back and surface layers for baby diapers, feminine care products and adult incontinence products.
This kind of non-woven fabric with a certain thickness can provide a three-dimensional soft feel, high bulkiness and good resilience, at the same time, it has good drape, excellent uniformity, low fluff, and uniform and stable fabric surface characteristics. Custom blending formulas can produce non-woven fabrics with various touches that meet the needs of different markets, such as cotton soft, silky or balanced touch.
Compared with other BiCo spunbond high-loft solutions, the thickness of the fabric is increased by up to 15%. Due to its excellent resilience performance, it can maintain 80% thickness after a period of pressure.
