ZJGR New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was established in December 2010 with a registered capital of 200 million yuan, and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of JH Group. The company covers 116 acres. The first phase of the project has an investment of 125 million yuan, and construction started in September 2011. The first phase of 5 sets of equipment was completed and put into production in July 2012. The second-phase aerospace project invested 150 million yuan, and construction started in May 2012. The third phase of the project started in 2014, and the final total investment will reach 1.5 billion, covering an area of 600 acres.
The company mainly uses fluoropolymer as raw material, and is mainly engaged in the physical modification of fluoropolymer and the research and development and deep processing of products.
At present, there are more than 20 kinds of products in three series (fluorinated film and backsheet, modified fluoropolymer ultrafine powder, high-end fluorine-containing products).
Products are mainly used in aerospace, automotive, solar energy, energy-saving and environmentally friendly building materials, new material modification, shale gas new energy and other fields.
ZJGR has successively reached strategic cooperation intentions with leading companies such as Airbus, COMAC, CNPC, SKF Germany, Sanye USA, Suntech Wuxi, and Zhongli Technology (Zhongli Tenghui).
The company has completed automotive TS16949 and aviation AS9100C system certification. And in September 2013, it was recognized as a national high-tech enterprise; in November 2014, it was evaluated by the laboratory of the National Accreditation Committee and is a key enterprise research institute.
The company has applied for 34 patents and authorized 17 patents. The fluorine alloy film developed therein has independent intellectual property rights, and can completely replace the DuPont PVF film. Now it has successfully implemented industrialization and achieved many domestic firsts. The first domestic company to use domestic resin to produce solar cell backsheet film, and achieve large-scale production, successfully put on the market; the first domestic company with independent intellectual property rights of fluorine film production line; product technology to fill the domestic gap, can replace imports.
The fluorine alloy film developed by the company has independent intellectual property rights. The two invention patent series backplane products have excellent electrical insulation, weather resistance, barrier properties, adhesion, and low water permeability. The product breaks the monopoly position of the foreign company on the backplane and realizes the complete localization of the backplane. Gerui's fluorine alloy film and backplane products have passed TUV, UL, SGS, CQC, CPVT, CQMT and other domestic and foreign authoritative third-party testing and certification. The indicators of the product fully comply with the international standards of IEC61730 and 60664, and meet the ROHS and REACH requirements in terms of environmental protection. ZJGR is one of the main drafters of the national standard for solar crystalline silicon battery module backplane.
The component products made by the company's backplane have completed rigorous testing that is 2-4 times higher than the IEC standard at the National Photovoltaic Testing Technology Center, and the power generation power attenuation is less than 1%. The products have completed all testing and filing work in Wuxi Suntech, GCL-Poly and Zhongli Tenghui, which fully meet the technical requirements of mainstream customers at home and abroad.
After the company's products are put on the market, it has currently formed a production capacity and sales of 1 million square meters per month. It has been used in batches in domestic well-known component factories and customers of Zhongli Tenghui, Leye Photovoltaic, and Dongfang Risheng. The products are distributed in large power stations in the west. Power plant and the Japanese market have applications.
