Forward AM, BASF's 3D printing division, has launched its new Ultrafuse 17-4 PH wire.

The 17-4 stainless steel-based material includes metal powder in a polymer matrix and is designed for safe and cost-effective metal printing on most common FFF systems. 17-4 PH is intended for the production of prototypes, metal tools and functional components, bringing the high performance of metal into the affordable desktop printing field.
