German 3D printing service provider Modellbau Kurz invests in Chinese continuous additive manufacturing solution provider

Now there is a trend that industrial 3D printing manufacturers are continually joining forces. Huashu Hi-Tech from China launched the Continuous Additive Manufacturing Solution (CAMS) HT1001P (cylinder size up to 1000 x 500 x 450 mm3), which was invested by Modellbau Kurz, a well-known German 3D printing service provider.

Huashu Europe Branch and Modellbau Kurz GmbH & Co KG Joint Statement:

Recently, Huashu Hi-Tech Europe Branch, Stuttgart (Stuttgart, Germany) and Modellbau Kurz GmbH & Co KG (hereinafter referred to as Modellbau Kurz) and Gerlingen (Greeningen, Germany) signed a joint cooperation agreement to jointly develop HT1001P Huashu continuous additive Beta test project for Continuous Additive Manufacturing System. The project will optimize the technology of the "Beta-HT1001P system", laying a solid foundation for the full commercialization of HT1001P and the efficient operation of production functional components.

In this Beta test project, the Huashu headquarters will send an experienced engineer from China to Stuttgart to jointly promote the on-site commissioning and development of Modellbau Kurz on behalf of Huashu Europe.

Huashu's latest continuous additive manufacturing solution (CAMS) HT1001P has a cylinder block size of 1000 x 500 x 450 mm3, which has the ability to efficiently print large-sized workpieces. HT1001P can sinter a variety of engineering plastics, including high-performance material PA6. Through the Beta joint test project with Huashu HT1001P, Modellbau Kurz will achieve the goal of significantly reducing the mass production cost of additive manufacturing, thereby better ensuring its service to users in the automotive industry.
