German laser equipment maker Trumpf to launch new version of 3D printer TruPrint 3000 at TCT

In order to better meet TCT 2019, all 3D printing companies are actively preparing their new products. From foreign media, Trumpf will launch the TruPrint 3000 3D printer for the first time at the TCT exhibition next year. The company believes that the printing speed of 3D printers and the flexibility of the industry are new milestones in the 3D printing industry. It is reported that Trumpf positioned the TruPrint 3000 as a flexible medium-sized metal powder printer for printing on complex structures.

It is understood that the size of the TruPrint 3000 3D printer is 300 × 400mm. Laser processing powder is used. Visitors participating in the TCT exhibition can view the entire production chain of the machine directly at the TruPrint booth. It is worth mentioning that this machine also uses Siemens NX 3D design and production software TruTops Print, which is the first machine to adopt a comprehensive software solution with standardized interfaces across systems.

In addition, the company said that the TruPrint 3000 3D printer has two supply cylinder systems that can hold up to 75 liters of powder per print, and the powder management system can be set up and powder removed on parallel machines, which means that users will rarely Run out of material. Moreover, the machine is also equipped with a remote monitoring system so that users can always pay attention to the print situation.

The TruPrint 3000 3D printer uses a state-of-the-art contactless system for powder and high-quality filtration. Innovative powder coating systems are located throughout the print room to ensure the best quality. We look forward to learning more about the machine at TCT.
