GH2132 is an iron-nickel-based superalloy (Ni-Cr-Fe). Molybdenum, titanium, aluminum, vanadium and trace boron are added on the basis of this composition for comprehensive strengthening and development. It has high yield strength and long-term strength at 650 ℃ long-term high temperature, and has good processing shaping and weldability. It is currently a high-temperature bearing component of aerospace engines, automotive engine fasteners, other diesel internal combustion engine fasteners, etc. The most widely used type of iron-nickel-based precipitation hardening superalloy.
As a high-end alloy material, GH2132 alloy is in great demand in the domestic market. Prior to this, GH2132 alloy must be imported from traditional alloy material powers such as Japan and the United States. Not only is it expensive, and the supply cycle is long, but the key equipment and important parts and materials have been subject to people for a long time. It is not conducive to the country and industry to seize the strategic commanding heights.
ZJYX started to develop GH2132 alloy materials from 2016. At present, the common GH2132 alloy material fasteners on the market mostly use the warm upsetting process, which not only has a high investment in processing equipment, but also leads to adverse factors such as low hardness of the material. The GH2132 alloy material developed and produced by ZJYX can stably increase the hardness after cold working, which is very beneficial to the downstream fastener manufacturing unit to control equipment investment and production costs, and it is easier to achieve large-scale production.
