The company's patented software, BladeTracker, provides real-time data, parameters and the position of each blade. GFS uses this software to track the composite structure of each blade, making the recycling process easier and more efficient. The blades are tracked from the collection point to the manufacturing process. All new products come with a manufacturing certificate to identify recycled blades used in production. OEMs and wind farm operators can obtain outage certificates and prove the full environmental sustainability of their reauthorized projects.
