Global leading micro-nano 3D printing manufacturer:German micro-nano 3D printer manufacturer Nanoscribe GmbH, Swiss micro-nano 3D printer developed by Cytosurge AG “FluidFM μ3Dprinter, ultra-high resolution micro 3D printer manufacturer Microlight3D

Micro-nano 3D printing has become a new trend. Antarctica has previously reported that German micro-nano 3D printer manufacturer Nanoscribe GmbH has entered China, and Swiss-based Cytosurge AG ’s micro-nano 3D printer “FluidFM μ3Dprinter” has entered the Chinese market, Shenzhen-based micro-nano 3D printer manufacturer Mofang Materials.

French Microlight3D is a manufacturer of ultra-high resolution micro 3D printers dedicated to industrial and scientific applications. On January 24, 2019, Antarctic Bear learned from foreign media that the company launched Altraspin, a compact 3D printer For the production of highly complex miniature parts with sub-micron resolution.

Altraspin prints micro-parts for applications that require high precision and high-quality surface finishes. These include the creation of micro-optics, micro-sensors, and shapes suitable for microfluidic devices. It is also suitable for metamaterials, cell culture, tissue engineering, micro-robots, micro-mechanics and surface structures.

Denis Barbier, President of Microlight3D, said: "Microlight3D has designed Altraspin to meet the needs of the manufacturing industry for more customization and rapid prototyping of submicron parts that are not limited by their geometric or organic shapes. Altraspin works with a variety of polymers and biomaterials Compatible, the sub-micron resolution achieved by our technology is the key to our increasing success in the scientific community. We expect that industrial companies will also benefit from our advantages for 3D printers for miniature parts, thereby reducing time to market. "

Altraspin is capable of sub-micron resolution down to 0.2 μm. Altraspin is based on two-photon polymerization direct laser writing technology and its proprietary 'continuous print flow' technology, which prints small parts without post-processing.

The Altraspin sub-micron 3D printer features a new TPP slicing tool, high write resolution and precision, and high write speed for complex 3D structures. It is compatible with any CAD model and file, and its compact design is suitable for laminar flow cabinets, clean rooms and sterile environments, preventing contamination of wafers.

Once the user designs a 3D model using standard CAD tools and selects the appropriate polymer material, Microlight3D's algorithm calculates the path the laser needs to create the object. The laser pulse is directly written into the liquid material tank, and the path required to solidify it is less than 1 micron. After the operation is completed, the solvent will flush away the excess liquid, allowing the user to process the object immediately, the same as the initial model.

Microlight3D will be exhibiting Altraspin at the BIOS expo booth # 8136 in San Francisco, USA from February 2 to 3, 2019.

Altraspin sub-micron 3D printer specifications:

Write resolution: 0.2 to 3 microns
