SZHN's Co-Axis/CA Lightguide series is equipped with Si-Oled screens from 3 screen makers, including Japan's Sony, domestic BOE and AHSY silicon-based OLED micro display devices. Among them, the CA43 optical module based on AHSY's 0.49-inch cost-effective OLED screen has a refractive adjustment function. Myopia users can remove myopic glasses and wear AR glasses to see the virtual scene.

In response to the problem of VR thickness and weight, Hui Niu chose the "Pancake" solution for optical R&D and mass production to improve the lightness and thinness of VR equipment.

Folding can reduce the thickness of the VR display from more than 60 mm to less than 20 mm, which significantly improves the weight problem. However, folding brings a headache side effect, which is ghosting. The ghosting of folded optics significantly exceeds that of traditional straight-through optics.

Due to the emerging problem and the lack of recognized ghost image measurement standards in the industry, SZHN has built a ghost image measurement platform in the reference camera industry. According to the measurement, the ghost image reduction effect achieved after 2 years of hard research and development is ahead of its counterparts at home and abroad. . The ghosting degree of the main competing products is 9-20%, while the latest SZHN mass product is 7%, and the laboratory samples have been reduced to 6%. Although it has not fully reached the ghosting degree (4%) of the transparent optics yet, The ghost image improvement has been significantly better than its counterparts-the comparison can also be seen directly from the exhibited samples. SZHN's VR (folding) ultra-thin optics has first achieved mass production in cooperation with Skyworth VR, and many other customers are also entering mass production cooperation.

SZHN has submitted more than 100 patents, including 40 domestic and foreign invention patents, and has authorized more than 50. 50% of the patents are related to AR coaxial air guide (CA), 20% are related to VR ultra-thin optics, and the rest Technical solutions such as AR grating waveguide and improving VAC.

When the final modules are delivered in batches, the display performance is not checked one by one with eyes, but based on optical parameter testing. SZHN has made 3 platforms for display optical testing. The parameters that can be quickly mass-produced test include: field of view, distortion, MTF For core optical parameters such as brightness, color, staining, and image, Huiniu test equipment is also sold externally. Compared with similar equipment manufacturers in Europe, SZHN's products are more than 5 times more cost-effective.
