The Ningdong Base plans to invest a total of 4 billion yuan to build the Ningxia Ningdong Industrial Park, aiming at the industry's advanced technology and relying on the resource element advantages of the Ningxia Ningdong Energy and Chemical Base to build an annual output of 60,000 tons of spandex and 3,000 tons of para-aramid. At present, the first phase of the 30,000-ton spandex project has been completed and put into operation. The annual output of 3,000 tons of para-aramid project has begun construction in August 2018. It is planned to complete the basic construction by the end of 2019 and start production in early 2020.
