The company has introduced advanced hydraulic bulging process and equipment technology for corrosion-resistant bimetallic composite pipes, which can be used for mass production of high-quality corrosion-resistant liquid expanded bimetallic composite pipes. It is currently the first high-pressure hydraulic bulging forming equipment in China to adopt full holding technology.

The installation level, product quality, automation level, and various technical indicators of this equipment have all reached the international advanced level, breaking the foreign technological blockade, solving the bottleneck of bimetallic composite tube liquid expansion forming technology, and filling the gap in China's bimetallic composite tube liquid expansion forming technology and equipment.

Main innovation points:

1. Developed a liquid expansion forming process and technology for bimetallic composite pipes with freely expandable liner tubes;

2. Developed a seamless automatic holding composite pipe forming die system with a full length of 12.5 meters for steel pipes;

3. Developed a waterproof exhaust technology for the gap of the substrate pipe equipped with a sealing ring device for exhaust valves;

4. Developed automatic tracking and compensation technology for sealing displacement of bimetallic composite pipe ends;

The product selects carbon steel pipes or alloy steel pipes and wall thickness based on the operating pressure of the pipeline, and they bear the pressure of the medium transported by the pipeline.
