The localization of high-end aluminum equipment ushered in a new breakthrough in GXNN: the trial production of an independent aluminum heat treatment profile roller hearth furnace production line jointly developed by GXNN Aluminum Co., Ltd., GX Advanced Aluminum Processing Innovation Center, and Northeastern University.
This production line is the first domestic high-end high-precision aluminum heat treatment profile roll hearth furnace production line, which has been included in the national project. The successful trial production will further promote the realization of independent controllability of key equipment for the production of high-precision aluminum alloy strips and profiles, which is of great significance to the localization of high-end aluminum equipment in China.
In March this year, the aluminum heat treatment profile roller hearth furnace was constructed and installed in the GXNN aluminum factory; at the end of April, the main equipment installation and cold adjustment test car were completed; August 24, the roller hearth furnace ignition hot test, the burner, circulation fan, combustion The fan, smoke exhaust fan, furnace temperature and material temperature uniformity and other operating conditions were thermally tested and tested; on November 4, the construction of the public and auxiliary systems in the plant was completed, and the quenching equipment and system were tested and debugged. Subsequently, the first aluminum heat treatment profile roll hearth furnace production line in China began process commissioning and trial production on November 13. The project's joint commissioning personnel conducted multiple solution quenching tests and performance and organization tests on the heat treatment process of many high-grade extruded profile products such as automobiles of different alloy brands, and determined the solution temperature, holding time and quenching water mist flow and pressure Waiting for the heat treatment process, the trial production of 3 high-end alloy profiles was completed, and the roller hearth furnace production line was successfully trial-produced. At present, continuous mass production is started.
It has been verified that the roller hearth furnace has excellent thermal efficiency, high-precision solution temperature control and an efficient quenching system, which fills the gap in domestic high-end high-precision aluminum heat treatment quenching equipment. The successful trial production of this roller hearth furnace overcomes The key equipment technical problems in the development of complete sets of equipment for the aluminum heat treatment profile roll hearth furnace production line have reached the domestic and international advanced levels, which has promoted technological progress in this field and reduced the manufacturing cost of high-end high-precision aluminum alloy products.
