High precision hot-rolled F-shaped steel maglev track panel officially put into production Hay:A02SGJT

Recently, at SGJT, the world's only high-precision hot-rolled F-beam maglev track production line is currently producing high-precision maglev track panels. The products will be used in China's first maglev operation line – the eastern section of Beijing S1 Line, from Jinanqiao Station to Pingguoyuan Station.

The SGJT rail panel production technology has skipped the 1.0 era of thick plate welding and forming and the 2.0 era of "F-shaped steel blank+complex process processing", and directly entered the 3.0 era by leaps and bounds. Due to the extreme asymmetry and high precision requirements of the end face of F-shaped steel, its rolling technology is known as a world challenge.

Compared with ordinary F-shaped steel with the highest accuracy of 0.5mm, high-precision hot-rolled F-shaped steel can reach up to 0.3mm, with a limit of 0.1mm. It only weighs 126 kilograms per meter, meeting the required weight of 126.5 kilograms per meter for rail panels. Compared with other products processed by rough machines in China, it is 20 to 40 kilograms less per meter, and a single set of standard rail panels can reduce weight by 480 to 960 kilograms. Its quality is stable and reliable, and its strength and other performance are globally leading.
