On July 18, 2018, China's high-end quartz material technology leader: JYHC quartz technology's semiconductor quartz product project officially started.
The project has a total investment of 500 million yuan and covers an area of 146 acres. It is expected to be completed and put into operation in June 2020. After the project is completed and put into production, it will have an annual production capacity of 240 million semiconductor crucibles and 960 million discrete device crucibles. It is expected to achieve an annual sales income of about 910 million yuan.
Quartz crucible is made of high-purity quartz sand. It has the characteristics of high temperature without deformation and good chemical resistance. It is a key component of photovoltaic polycrystalline silicon ingot furnace and a consumable vessel for drawing large diameter single crystal silicon and polycrystalline silicon.
