The company now has one 1500Kg, 500Kg three-chamber semi-continuous vacuum induction furnace, one 120Kg, 75Kg, 25Kg three-chamber semi-continuous vacuum induction furnace, and a set of 50T ceramic core pressure injection machine and 30T wax pressing machine. A mold making system including a 15T wax pressing machine, an automatic coating manipulator, and a mold shell drying line can produce alloy materials and precision castings with an annual production capacity of more than 1,000 tons.
