HPQ Silicon Resources inc. won the first order for spherical nano-silicon materials from major automaker

On October 22, 2020, Producer of Innovative Silicon Solutions, HPQ Silicon Resources inc. (HPQ), through its wholly-owned subsidiary HPQ NANO, announced that a major automobile manufacturer has submitted a report on spherical nano-silicon materials to HPQ NANO. The official purchase order is also the first order HPQ NANO has received for this material. The first batch of orders will be completed in December 2020, and the automaker will also become the first "crab-eater". However, due to competitive non-disclosure agreements, the name of the manufacturer is inconvenient to make public.

"This is indeed big news. It has aroused the interest of a major industrial enterprise so early that they have issued a formal product purchase order to us before production in order to ensure their leading position in the industry." HPQ Silicon And Bernard Tourillon, President and CEO of HPQ NANO. "This confirms that our strategic decision to enter this field is correct. However, I must remind that although this order shows that investors are interested in these unique products, our research is still at a very preliminary stage and cannot Ensure that these efforts will produce anything of commercial value. However, it does demonstrate that HPQ NANO has exciting development potential in the field of silicon batteries."

"This is a remarkable achievement. It clearly shows how much people are interested in this type of powder and the potential impact this product may have on the industry." P. Peter, CEO and Chairman of PyroGenesis, Canada Pascali said.

Remarks:

Silicon (Si), also known as metallic silicon, is one of the strategic materials needed to realize the Renewable Energy Revolution (RER) and economic decarbonization today. The nano-spherical silicon material mentioned in the article is produced using a new patented process of the company. Using silicon raw materials of different purity, spherical silicon nanopowders and nanowires can be manufactured.
