The announcement showed that, after discussion and decision by the board of directors, the Proposal on the Company's Plans to Invest in Carbon Beam Production Project in Mexico was approved. Approved the establishment of WHGW Composite Materials in Mexico, and as the main body of the research, drafted the investment feasibility study report and investment construction plan for the carbon beam production project.
HGW Composite Materials stated that in order to increase the company's carbon beam business market share and global competitiveness, and further improve the company's profitability, it will meet the timeliness and service requirements of the company's global distribution of wind power business to the company's carbon beam supply.
