Japan’s Anisotropic conductive film (ACF), optical elastic resin (SVR), optical film manufacturer Dexerials plans to expand its company’s market share in anisotropic conductive films (ACF)

Japan's Dexerials plans to expand its company's market share in anisotropic conductive films (ACF). The company said it aims to increase sales of the product to 10 billion yen (equivalent to RMB 639 million) by 2023.

It is understood that the company's anisotropic conductive film is a thin film-type connection material in which conductive particles are uniformly dispersed in the resin and have both conductive and insulating properties. The film can also be used to connect circuit boards in devices such as display panels and camera modules. It can meet the high-resolution requirements of displays such as smartphones and the high reliability required for automotive applications, while achieving thinner and smaller devices. .

At the same time, Dexerials also plans to apply ACF bonding technology to IC cards and fingerprint sensors to meet market demand.

It is understood that the predecessor of Dexerials was Sony Chemical, which was formally established in September 1994 and renamed Dexerials Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. in October 2012. The company is mainly engaged in the manufacture and sales of electronic components, adhesive materials, optical materials and other products. It is one of Apple's suppliers. According to news in July 2018, the company's anisotropic conductive film has been adopted by the latest smartphones of the US and South Korean brands.
