The bearing suppresses the abrasion caused by the force creep to the housing by making a circumferential groove in the outer diameter center of the outer ring. In this improvement, JTEKT used a special coating on the outer ring as a whole in the previous groove design, thereby effectively suppressing the shell wear caused by rotary creep.
