Laird SMD conductive shielding gaskets are used for circuit grounding and shielding of SMT (Surface Mount Technology) equipment. The design of this liner is compatible with solder reflow and is suitable for automatic processing.
Product family definition
Laird offers several series of SMD conductive shielding gaskets:
HB-SMD (SLG / SLH series)
• The copper / tin-plated PI film is covered with PU foam and has a rectangular shape (SLG series) or hourglass shape (SLH series).
HT-SMD (SLM / SSM series)
• Copper / tin-plated PI film coated with silicone foam foam, usually rectangular; two kinds of soft hardness are available; SSM series can provide customized sizes.
ULH-SMD
• A layer of metalized fabric with conductive rubber compound, suitable for lower height (0.6mm-1.8mm) or smaller width / length, and can be further customized by die cutting.
