On July 26, Dezhou City held a signing ceremony for investment and cooperation on a large-scale silicon material base for integrated circuits project in Shandong Building in Jinan.

Ehongda and Zhang Guohu, general manager of Youyan Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd., signed an agreement on "investment project for large-scale silicon materials for integrated circuits in large-scale bases".

The total investment of the project is 8 billion yuan, including 1.8 billion yuan in the first phase and 6.2 billion yuan in the second phase. The first-phase construction goal is to build a new 8-inch wafer production line, with an annual production capacity of 1.8 million 8-inch wafers, and the second-phase construction goal is to produce 3.6 million 12-inch wafers.
