Recently, ZGZJ’s new 3600 ton magnesium alloy extrusion production line successfully underwent a one-time thermal load test, which is the first large-scale magnesium alloy extrusion equipment introduced by ZGZJ.
The maximum extrusion force of this magnesium alloy extrusion equipment is 36MN, and it can produce a maximum cross-sectional size of 450x200mm (width x height) and a maximum outer circle Φ 370mm magnesium alloy profile and maximum outer diameter Φ 280mm magnesium alloy rod.
In response to the deformation characteristics and processes of magnesium and magnesium alloys, this equipment adopts multiple technologies such as mold temperature control technology, cylinder rod linkage control technology, and multi-stage speed control technology, ensuring high-quality and safe extrusion forming of magnesium alloys, ensuring production safety, and improving equipment operation efficiency and product quality.
