Project Description

WHYM plans to introduce internationally renowned, industry-leading special production equipment and testing equipment from Japan, Austria, Germany and other countries, and plans to build a rigorous and complete management system in accordance with market requirements. The total investment of the project is 1.2 billion yuan. The investment and construction will be carried out in two phases. The first phase investment is 700 million yuan. It is expected that the R&D center and new production base will be completed in December 2018, and the output value will be nearly 450 million yuan. Companies that produce CPI products will have an annual production capacity of 600 tons of UV-resistant and energy-saving CPI films by 2020; the second phase investment is 500 million yuan, and the goal is to increase the production capacity of new materials for UV-resistant and energy-saving CPI films by 400 tons per year.

 

Main application areas of UV-resistant and energy-saving CPI film:

In the civil field, the glass surface of high-rise glass buildings, high-speed rail windows, high-end automobiles, etc. are attached to the glass surface for explosion-proof glass, blocking ultraviolet rays and reflecting infrared rays.

 

In the industrial field, this PI film is also used in high-power motors, barrier films for energy-saving lithium batteries, waterproof films, and corrosion-resistant films.

 

In the aerospace and military fields, due to its own advantages of high temperature resistance and low dielectric constant, it is used for the production of integrated circuit boards and light tissue components.
