WXYT currently has internationally advanced platinum, rhodium, palladium and other precious metal purification equipment, and produces more than 300 precious metal product materials in 10 categories, and its products occupy more than 60% of the Chinese market.

In 2005, China's leading glass fiber technology group CQGJ used WXYT's platinum and rhodium slip plate for the first time, saving more than 50 million in costs.
In 2008, a production line imported from the United States of SXCH[The China largest electronic display glass manufacturer] failed. However, due to the technical blockade of the United States, the after-sales service was delayed and the factory was forced to shut down. This production line is made of precious metals such as platinum and rhodium. The WXYT R&D team and SXCH jointly developed alternative products, conducted hundreds of arduous experiments, and finally succeeded. The precious metal production line for TFT developed by them was officially completed and put into production. The production line can be baked at a high temperature of 1650℃ without deformation.
After WXYT's modified production line was successfully put into operation for the first time, SXCH successively gave all the production line renovation projects to WXYT. The products of American suppliers were affected by this and began to significantly reduce the price of the production line, which eventually contributed to the Chinese LCD TV Price reductions of household appliances such as machines.
The temperature measurement of the steelmaking furnace is a very important task. Based on the high temperature resistance technology of precious metals, in 2010,WXYT R&D team and the leading steel manufacturer in China jointly developed the Dispersion strengthened platinum rhodium alloy thermocouple wire for thermocouple thermometer.
In May 2015, WXYT and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Department of Materials Science and Engineering experts began to dock, and the two parties signed a cooperation agreement on the joint R&D and industrialization of high-end nano silver wires to form a “provincial engineering technology research on rare and precious metal materials center". After more than a year of joint research and development, the first batch of nano-silver wire products were developed, and all technical indicators have reached the expected goals, and they are gradually put on the market.
This new type of two-dimensional material has broad application prospects in the fields of electronic paste and flexible touch screens in the future. At present, the laboratory research and development work has been completed, and all indicators of the samples have reached the expected goals. The pilot test is currently being carried out. The implementation of this project fills the gap in China's high-end electronic pastes and provides a strong guarantee for the long-term development of China's integrated circuit industry.
Set up R&D center jointly with customers
WXYT and SXCH jointly established the "Rare and Precious Metal Materials and Equipment R&D Center of the National Engineering Laboratory for Flat Display Glass Process Technology", respectively established a provincial postdoctoral workstation and a provincial enterprise technology center, and also conducted research and development with South Korea DSM and other internationally renowned companies Cooperation.
