Lite Coms signs USG order for carbon fiber antenna

Lite Coms announced that it will deliver new orders for the VSAT terminal and its new tactical modem assembly (TMA) to users in Columbus, Georgia.

The choice of carbon fiber antenna is to improve performance and reduce the total volume. The antenna will be used with Lite Coms TMA. This advanced tactical modem with integrated iDirect 950 satellite modem is the smallest and lightest tactical package for this modem on the market. Lite Sat TMA-950-T has a feature-rich LCD display, multiple data ports, and Ethernet and serial control ports.

Lite Coms has been carefully listening to customer needs and requirements to achieve the best physical layout and human-machine interface (HMI) on the market. Lite Coms' goal is to ensure that its products provide a simple yet feature-rich experience for Comms operators and general users. Lite Sat TMA-950-T is also integrated into Lite Coms 1.3 and 2.2m automatic acquisition terminals.

President and CEO Bob Jacobson pointed out: "The user community is increasingly confident in Lite Coms products, which is very exciting. Our customers are all over the world, providing them with higher throughput, innovative packaging and more efficient User experience. We did all of this in a fraction of the time. "

Andrew Colaruotolo, senior director of program and operations, Lite Coms, said: "Lite Coms is pleased to show the breadth of our products to the market at the Satellite 2020 show in Washington this week. The number of new products and achievements are impressive. "
