On December 27, 2018, the world's first batch of industrialized cooling films was officially rolled off in Fenghua District, Ningbo.
It is reported that the cooling film technology was rated as one of the "Top Ten Breakthroughs in Global Physics in 2017". The principle is to use a specially treated film to transfer heat outside the atmosphere in the form of infrared radiation. There is no additional energy and water consumption in the whole process, which has epoch-making significance for slowing down global warming. This technology can be applied to almost all fields such as energy-saving building materials, cold chain industry, and photovoltaic industry. Taking building materials as an example, laying a dozen square meters of cooling film, the indoor cooling effect is equivalent to a 1-hp air conditioner.
On January 7, 2018, the project was officially signed. According to the agreement, the team plans to set up a national-level energy-saving and environmental protection industry innovation research institute in Fenghua, build a radiant refrigeration technology industrial park covering an area of 160 acres, and drive and support 100 billion energy-saving and environmental protection industrial clusters.
At present, the two cooling film production lines of NBRL's new plant are expected to produce 20 million square meters of film annually. Next, the company will expand the production line and continue to focus on the development and industrial application of back-end products to meet market demand.
