On November 12, ZGBL issued an announcement that the Group's scientific and technological research and development and application of special polymer materials for medical consumables passed the technical appraisal of the Chinese Medical Experts Group. Its overall technology has reached the international advanced level, and its products have filled the domestic gap.
This project is a joint research team composed of upstream and downstream enterprises of ZGBL medical consumable products and directly affiliated hospitals to carry out medical basic materials research and synthesis, processing and application technology research. In view of the medical material technology and management bottlenecks, the team adopted the "one-stop" operation mode of production, sales, research and use, and in accordance with Chinese and international standards for medical consumables, broke through the thermoplastic elastomer SEBS, polyester products PET, PBT and polypropylene PP, etc. Material synthesis, processing, and application technology enable domestic basic raw materials to enter the medical device market, and realize the development of basic materials to high-end. At the same time, it also provides technical foundation and experience for the stability and improvement of basic product quality.
The new products of medical SEBS, PP, PET, PBT series of special materials developed by this project can be used in the manufacture of infusion tubes, infusion bags, blood collection tubes, medical non-woven fabrics, medical dressings, etc .; the special materials produced can be widely used in clinical medicine , And has passed 4 medical patents of the European Union, the United States, the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and the Chinese YBB standard and other medical tests.
