Michael, the global head of Merck's display materials business in Germany, revealed in an interview that Merck's new project in Shanghai focuses on OLED materials.
Merck invested 12 million euros in Shanghai to double the OLED material technology center laboratory, which was completed in the third quarter of this year; it will also invest 10 million euros to build an OLED material production base, which is expected to start at the end of this year and be completed in the next two years.
