Milliken announces high-level personnel changes Halsey Cook takes over as President and CEO from September 1

Prior to joining Milliken, Cook was president and CEO of Sonepar USA. Sonepar USA is a global distributor of family-owned electrical products and related solutions. With these experiences, Cook will be able to drive endogenous growth through continuous innovation, while looking for strategic acquisition opportunities to drive Milliken's business development. Cook holds a bachelor's degree in economics and English from Southern University and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Virginia.
