As part of the company's continued growth and global expansion, Nano Dimension, a leading global supplier of additive electronics, announced on September 4 that its newly established wholly-owned subsidiary, Nano Dimension (Hong Kong) Limited ("Nano Dimension (Hong Kong) ") has established a strategic cooperation relationship with Shandong Guohui Investment Co., Ltd. (" Shandong Guohui "), expanding its coverage in the Asia Pacific region. Shandong Guohui is a provincial platform company under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Shandong Province with a registered capital of more than 4 billion U.S. dollars.
This progress can be regarded as another milestone for Nano Dimension in the Asia Pacific region. Others include the establishment of a regional headquarters in Hong Kong, the addition of a designated dealer, and the sale of its recently launched DragonFly Pro 3D printer. The dealer, a leading state-owned enterprise in China and a Fortune 500 Chinese electronics company, will focus on government departments and is buying a DragonFly Pro 3D printer.
Nano Dimension's recently announced strategic cooperation agreement demonstrates the company's growing ability to meet the unique needs of regional customers. The agreement also expanded the company's regional coverage, which now includes mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea and Singapore.
The new cooperation between Nano Dimension and Shandong Guohui will not only introduce high-end Israeli talents to Shandong, but also form a joint research and development effort between the Asia-Pacific region and Israel.
Nano Dimension (Hong Kong) will serve as a platform for Shandong Guohui's current projects and subsidiaries to connect the world's advanced industries and the strongest innovative technology resources. Shandong Guohui will cooperate with Nano Dimension's recently designated distributor in China, Aurora Group, to jointly promote the sales and leasing of DragonFly Pro 3D printers.
