Nanoporous silica aerogel rock wool composite insulation board

This technology uses a new process of nano-silica aerogel material compounding to develop the Aibao board series of fire insulation boards. The series of products are a new type of composite thermal insulation material processed through a special composite process based on silica aerogel material and ultra-fine inorganic fiber cotton, high-strength fiber thread, inorganic composite veneer material and inorganic waterproof sealing material.

 

It belongs to Class A non-combustible fire-resistant material, with high tensile strength and thermal conductivity between 0.020 and 0.300 W / (m · K). The main development direction of the material is to meet the requirements of the existing engineering technical regulations and the current construction code requirements. The Aibao board contains a large number of slender fibers to form the inner web filament reinforced structure, which improves the overall stability and service life of the insulation board, does not powder, does not swell, has long durability, and has the same life as the building. The tensile strength of the new aerogel composite material is above 110KP, and the water absorption is less than 0.2%. 

 

This product can be widely used in the traditional thin wall plastering process in the field of building energy conservation, and can solve the problem of Class A fireproof materials required by the new national fire protection design code in the market.
