New breakthrough in carbon fiber technology and equipment developed by China’s leading ultra-thin carbon fiber composite material manufacturer Hay:D02HBHC

Seven experts including Tianjin Polytechnic University Professor Jiang Xiuming and Shanghai Textile Engineering Society professor-level senior engineer Zhou Junyan were invited to form an appraisal committee. China Textile Machinery Association President Gu Ping and senior consultant Zhu Xianmin were invited to participate in the event.

"Large tow carbon fiber ultrasonic spreading technology and equipment" project through theoretical analysis and experimental research, using the principle of ultrasonic to spread carbon fiber, reducing the fiber damage rate; adopting automatic control theory and online detection technology to ensure the quality of spreading; analyzing carbon fiber The relationship between the type of sizing agent and the type and concentration of the spreading solution has been obtained to guide the production practice of the spreading solution process; the disc winding storage form is adopted to ensure that the carbon fiber flat yarn is flat and evenly wound after being flattened.

The "Low-weight carbon fiber weaving technology and equipment" project has developed ribbon weft feeding technology, which avoids weft winding and winding; new ribbon weft clamping technology improves the reliability of clamping fibers; the weave shift technology can be reduced The stroke of the beating-up mechanism and its impact and squeeze on the weft yarn can avoid the narrowing and wrinkling of the weft yarn; the hot-melt wire sealing technology is adopted to ensure the neat edge of the fabric.

In the project implementation phase, 5 invention patents and 8 utility model patents were authorized.

Experts of the appraisal committee listened to the research work and technical summary report of the project completion unit, user report, novelty search report, etc., reviewed relevant materials, inspected the production site, and reviewed some technical indicators. After questioning and discussion, the appraisal committee agreed : HBHC and Donghua University jointly developed the "large tow carbon fiber ultrasonic spreading technology and equipment" and "low-weight carbon fiber weaving technology and equipment". The overall technology of the two projects has reached the international advanced level. They agreed to pass the scientific and technological achievement appraisal. It is also recommended to expand product specifications and models to meet the diverse needs of the market.
