After the first production line of SZXL new material production base in Changzhou was put into operation, after nearly half a year of commissioning and product introduction, the production line has entered a stable shipment stage, with shipments exceeding 500,000 square meters in April. It is estimated that by the end of the year, the monthly output of the first production line will reach 1.5 million square meters.
Customers such as LG and CATL have completed the factory review procedures for the second-phase aluminum and plastic film factory in Changzhou. It is expected that the Changzhou factory in the third quarter of this year can gradually realize the supply to customers such as LG and CATL.
The company's Changzhou Phase II aluminum-plastic film soft bag project has established strategic cooperation relationships with domestic first-class soft-pack power battery companies such as Funeng Technology, Jiewei Power, and Carne Power. The domestic market share of aluminum-plastic film for power lithium batteries is close to 70%.
In addition, the company accelerated the construction of Changzhou production lines. The second production line is expected to be put into production in the third quarter of 2019. By then, the company's maximum monthly production capacity of aluminum-plastic film products will reach more than 7 million square meters, and it will have the ability to support large international lithium battery companies in the future.
