Eisenmann Thermal Solutions GmbH & Co. KG, a German industrial furnace expert, revealed on January 9 that it has been used by South Korea's Yuanjun, a manufacturer of heat furnaces for the production of cathode and anode materials for lithium ion batteries ONEJOON Co. Ltd) acquisition.
Carbon fiber furnace manufacturer Eisenmann Thermal Solutions is part of the Eisenmann Group, which has applied for a bankruptcy in August 2019. However, Eisenmann Thermal Solutions was not considered part of the Eisenman Group`s core business, so Joachim Exner, managing partner of the German law firm Beck & Partner, the bankruptcy administrator, was forced to develop a separate investor solution for the company.
The actual purchaser of Eisenman Thermal Solutions is ONEJOON Thermal Solutions GmbH, a subsidiary of South Korea`s Yuanjun in Bovenden, Germany. The business transfer will take place on January 15, 2020. Eisenmann Thermal Solutions` German plants (Boblingen and Bowenden) and all its 200 employees will be retained.
