Polymer Nanospheres with Core Shell Structure
Nanomicrospheres include various specifications and models of polymer magnetic microspheres, silica magnetic microspheres, and polymer microsphere products, with particle sizes ranging from 300-2800nm. They can be applied in the field of in vitro diagnosis, immune analysis, biological separation, high-throughput screening, nucleic acid detection, chemiluminescence, and probe capture.

 

Bending-induced Oscillatory Shear [BIOS] Technique
After the photonic crystal dazzling color film is broken, it forms an effect pigment, which is different from any traditional dye, pigment, etc. It completely relies on the internal structure of the material to reflect “color”, is safe, non-toxic, environmentally friendly, and has ultra-high durability and good physical properties, which can meet the needs of industries such as ink, coatings, resin, and adhesive films.

 

These two exclusive core technologies enable ZHGY to produce non-toxic and pollution-free environmentally friendly low-carbon colors, with significantly better tensile and bending properties than traditional flexible structural color nano optical metamaterials, breaking through material limitations and fundamentally avoiding environmental pollution and health sacrifices caused by electroplating, spraying, dyeing processes, etc., which has strong social significance and value.

 

In the field of photovoltaics, it can be added to EVA, POE, PVB and other adhesive films, and prepared into a colored adhesive film by mixing color powder into the adhesive film and extruding it. It is applied to double glass/triple glass/photovoltaic modules to ensure their color appearance and correct the color difference of crystalline silicon solar panels while ensuring photovoltaic conversion efficiency

 

Photonic Crystal Metamaterial Film
The photonic crystal thin film developed based on the above two core technologies is a three-dimensional structural material formed by arranging materials such as PS, PMMA, PC, EVA, etc. with silica microspheres.

 

The core technology is bending induced oscillatory shear (BIOS), which constructs a nano optical array of micro nano functional units based on polymers and their hybrid structures on a three-dimensional scale, and prepares a flexible photonic crystal metamaterial thin film with special functions such as tuning, conductivity, magnetic control, and color change. It achieves color and performance changes in different visual, stress, and environmental responses, and is suitable for fields such as automotive clothing, automotive interiors, protective lenses, and intelligent wearables.
