Polymaker develops new engineering materials for continuous fiber 3D printing technology manufacturer Anisoprint

Continuous fiber 3D printing technology manufacturer Anisoprint recently released two 3D printing materials developed by Polymaker-CFC PA and Smooth PA.

Anisoprint applies its core composite fiber co-extrusion technology (Composite Fiber Co-extrusion) to its desktop machine COMPOSER. This technology can extrude continuous fibers (carbon fiber or basalt fiber) and thermoplastic materials in the same print head to produce high-strength and low-weight composite prints.

Polymaker has developed two nylon materials suitable for this technology for Anisoprint, CFC PA and Smooth PA. Both materials have their own strengths.

The success of composite fiber coextrusion technology to manufacture 3D printed parts depends largely on the matching degree of materials and continuous fibers. CFC PA and Anisoprint's continuous fibers can be perfectly bonded together, which can produce extremely high-strength 3D printed parts.

Smooth PA is very easy to use, can provide better surface quality and retain print details, and even print layer patterns are almost invisible.

"We have seen the great potential of 3D printing technology in Composite Fiber Co-extrusion. Enhancing 3D printed parts in this way can achieve a greater degree of part optimization. I believe that when you make this technology Feel these prints in your hand, and you can immediately understand the advantages provided by Anisoprint technology."-Luke Taylor Polymaker Marketing Manager
