Sichuan Yuyou Industrial Co., Ltd. of Jiangyou City, Sichuan Province, has completed the production of 1.5 million tons of non-metal powder new materials intensive processing production line, and is currently in the production commissioning stage.
The production line was designed by the state-level design unit Xianyang Non-metallic Mine Research and Design Institute. The project plant is located in Hanzeng Stone Processing Industrial Park, Jiangyou City, covering an area of 100 acres, with a total investment of 150 million yuan. Construction began in March 2018.
The entire project is designed in accordance with the concepts of green environmental protection, domestic first-class equipment and facilities, leading technology industry, resource conservation and recycling, and sustainable industrial development. The equipment of the product powder and sand production line uses the most advanced MTW series European version mill, T130X enhanced ultra-fine mill, sand making (grain) and other complete sets of equipment; the finished product filling system uses automatic filling Measuring equipment; more than 50 environmental protection equipments, adopting advanced and efficient dust removal and noise reduction equipment configuration and advanced intelligent technology, the material dropping point is fully enclosed to meet the requirements of environmental protection. The entire production process is realized by industrial automation and informatization. All equipment is controlled by computers, and the computer management level is in the leading position in China.
It is expected that after the normal production of the project, the annual production capacity will reach 1.5 million tons, and the product will be diversified, and the product will be further applied in the fields of paint, petroleum, food and so on. It is estimated that the newly-increased sales income will be 250 million yuan, and the total added profits and taxes will be more than 40 million yuan, which will promote the industrial transformation and sustainable development of the non-metallic mineral industry in Jiangyou City.
