This valve was developed and produced at the production site in Neuss, Germany, with a total order of about 50 million euros. Car companies plan to mass produce their matching models from 2021.

According to the order, Pierburg will provide cooling valves for a full range of three-, four- and six-cylinder engines for internal combustion engines from automakers. The function of the cooling valve is to connect the deaeration chamber and the transmission coolant direction. In addition, in the new electric vehicle of this high-end car company, the same cooling valve product will be used for cooling regulation of high-pressure systems.
