Russian basalt fiber automotive modification manufacturer LARTE Design settles in largest technical center in Samara

Russia's LARTE Design is an exclusive basalt fiber body modification manufacturer specializing in serving high-end automotive brands. It has settled in the largest technical center in Samara.

This company not only offers customers unique design and flawless body kits for high-end cars. The certificate issued by the German expert organization TüV (Technical Supervision Association) proves that all LARTE Design products meet the requirements of international and European safety and quality standards. The company's products have also been approved by the Federal Motor Vehicle Administration.

After entering the technology center, the company intends to continue working on projects that apply materials and technologies to create world-class premium automotive body kits. A spokesman for the company said: "LARTE Design uses high-tech materials to modify automotive parts, so the finished product is lightweight but strong." LARTE Design uses basalt fiber fabric BT-11 / 1 (high chemical and thermal stability) , Carbon fiber, polyolefin film and nylon mesh to improve car kits.

Headquartered in Russia, Germany and the United States, LARTE Design develops modifications for Infiniti, Land Rover Range Rover, Mercedes, Lexus, Tesla and Maserati.

The global automotive industry widely uses basalt fiber to produce brake pads, mufflers, automotive tire cords, and various components and machinery for thermal protection. In 2009, EDAG, an all-round leader in product development of the international automotive industry, launched a car concept based on a basalt fiber body. At present, one of China's leading automobile and spare parts manufacturers considers basalt fiber to be a promising material and also the focus of research and development. In the future, there may be more basalt fiber materials used in high-end cars, and basalt fiber development is expected.
