As early as many years ago, HGSG products have entered the supply chain of more than 100 international and domestic well-known companies such as "Toyota", "Benz", and "BMW". Recently, it has obtained the certification from "Volkswagen" German headquarter, which means that it will be a global leader in the future. Volkswagen's gearbox parts may use "special steel" products produced by HGSG.
"A variety of high-end steels produced by HGSG have been used in Shijiazhuang Metro's locomotive anti-rolling torsion rod shafts, track fasteners, subway vibration isolation springs and other important safety components." Zhang Liliang, product developer of the HGSG Technology Center, proudly told Hay Think, HGSG is one of China's top three special steel bar manufacturers of materials for China's high-end equipment manufacturing industry. 38 of the world's top 500 equipment manufacturing companies use HGSG products, and their annual supply accounts for 20% of the company's total sales. HGSG has all entered the supply chain of 31 out the global top 100 auto parts companies in the world,and the annual supply accounts for 12% of the company's total sales.
At present, HGSG's leading products cover bearing steel, gear steel, spring steel, free-cutting non-quenched and tempered steel, alloy structural steel, high-quality carbon structural steel, which are widely used in automobiles, construction machinery, railways, petroleum mines, marine engineering, military industry The products are exported to more than 30 countries and regions in the world, and many products have filled the domestic gap and replaced imports. In 2016 alone, 49 products such as steel for CRRC Guiyang bogies and gear steel for Audi cars achieved Import substitution.
