From December 5th to 6th, 2016, after a rigorous document review for half a year, David, a special expert from the Nadcap Management Committee of the International Aerospace and National Defense Project (Nadcap) Management Committee, went to the site of Shanghai Airlines to test the actual operation of the company's quality system and A number of applied test standards were reviewed on-site on a case-by-case basis. After repeated questions and questions, the review experts gave a high evaluation, and Shanghai Airlines passed the on-site review with a high score.
Due to the excellent on-site review results and rapid rectification, the Nadcap Management Committee completed all the review work within two weeks and quickly entered the final approval stage. In the last week of 2016, after all members voted, it was unanimously agreed to issue the Nadcap non-metallic material performance test qualification certificate to Shanghai Airlines Inspection.
As of now, SAIC is the third Chinese company in mainland China to pass the international Nadcap non-metallic material performance test qualification certification, except for AVIC Chengdu Aircraft Industry Corporation and Harbin Aircraft Industry Corporation. With this qualification, Shanghai Airlines Testing can issue internationally recognized composite material performance test reports for domestic and foreign customers.
