British carbon fiber expert Sigmatex and China’s leading carbon fiber engineering technology company JSHR plan to launch a cooperation focusing on the Asian automotive market.
British carbon fiber (CF) expert Sigmatex and China JSHR have signed a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly produce automotive carbon fiber components.
“Sigmatex and JSHR both recognize the automotive industry’s growing focus on carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP). The use of CFRP will effectively reduce weight, increase fuel efficiency and reduce the demand for internal combustion engine emissions, and maximize the driving of electric vehicles range.”
