AHTL Nano-Ceramic Metal Technology Group was established in September 2017, it focusing on the research and development, production and application promotion of high-performance nano-ceramic particle reinforced aluminum-based composite materials.
R&D Capabilities
Nano-ceramic aluminum alloy is a nano-ceramic particle-reinforced aluminum-based composite material. It was developed by Chinese metal-based composite materials research institutions such as the Chinese Academy of Sciences Institute of Silicate and Shanghai Jiaotong University for 30 years. It has completely independent intellectual property rights. Disruptive material innovation breakthrough with international leading level.
It has 1 academician, 1 Yangtze River scholar, 2 professors, 4 associate professors, and 50 staff with master’s degree or above. Now it has 24 independent invention patents.
Products
Silicon carbide/SiC reinforced aluminum matrix composite
With ultra-high mechanical properties, its strength and stiffness are comparable to titanium alloys, and it is suitable for aerospace, aviation and other fields that have extreme requirements for weight reduction.
Silicon Carbide/SiC Reinforced Aluminum Matrix Composite-High Temperature and Wear Resistance Series
High temperature wear resistance and thermal fatigue performance, suitable for parts that have strict requirements on high temperature performance and wear resistance, such as engine pistons.
Silicon carbide/SiC reinforced aluminum matrix composite-cast aluminum alloy series
With excellent comprehensive properties, its strength, stiffness, and fatigue properties are significantly better than traditional cast aluminum alloys.
Suitable for two types of applications:
1. All castings that require high strength and rigidity and require weight reduction;
2. The original molding process is forging or machining, and it is hoped that the casting process will be used to simplify the production process and reduce costs, but it is difficult to find a cast aluminum alloy that meets the performance requirements.
Silicon carbide/SiC reinforced aluminum matrix composite-3D printing powder alloy series
After 3D printing of ordinary aluminum alloy powder, the mechanical properties of forgings are reduced by about 20%; after 3D printing of silicon carbide/SiC reinforced aluminum matrix composites, the mechanical properties of forgings exceed those of forgings.
Silicon carbide/SiC reinforced aluminum matrix composite material-lightweight composite material series
With the characteristics of light weight and high strength, combined with the optimized design of product structure, it is suitable for the lightweight of automobiles, rail transit, ships, high-end civilian products and other products.
Applications
The business covers aerospace, rail transit, key automotive components, electronic equipment, high-end civil applications and other fields.
