In the production of castings, processes such as material refinement smelting and gas content control, mold point cooling, mold temperature control and dynamic monitoring of mold temperature, vacuum die casting, partial extrusion die casting, and low-speed slow injection have been maturely applied.
SHXD establishes a complete quality management system in strict accordance with the requirements of VDA6.3 and IATF16949, and implements advanced product quality planning (APQP), production part approval procedures (PPAP), failure mode and consequence analysis (FMEA), statistical process control (SPC), etc. The refined quality tools are applied to all aspects of product quality control, and the PDCA quality cycle and continuous improvement activities are carried out in depth.
