Solvay said that the entire production process is more efficient and the cost is controllable. For the current aviation industry, its technical level is ahead of the market.
The formulation of this product can flexibly select a variety of different continuous fiber reinforced materials. The resulting product has the same quality as hot-pressed can molding, with very low porosity, mechanical properties and toughened epoxy formed by hot-pressed can process at 177 ° C The resin system is equivalent.
So far, Solvay has used it to successfully produce small and medium-sized aviation parts including inspection cover plates, rib structures and C-frames. Solvay said that under highly automated production conditions, CYCOM® EP2750 is particularly suitable for participating in the development of military / civil aircraft / mobile transportation projects.
