The main business of Dadongnan Group is mainly divided into three major business segments: plastic film, new energy and new materials, and online games. Jinma Boron Group is mainly engaged in the R & D and sales of boron-magnesium ore, boric acid, boron-magnesium compound fertilizer, boron carbide powder, boron oxide, iron boron and boron carbide special ceramics. According to the announcement, the transaction will not result in a change in the company ’s control and does not constitute a reorganization listing, and the market is rumored to be a backdoor listing of Jinma Boron.
In the second half of 2016, the final acceptance meeting of the National High-Tech Research and Development Program (863 Program) project, "Development of Large-Scale Preparation Technology for High-Performance Boron Carbide Ceramics," was held at Jinma Group. The Military Equipment Research Institute of the Logistics Support Department of the Central Military Commission as the team leader unit, the Boron Group and the Silicon Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences and other units jointly undertook the development task, which lasted for three years.
